Returns & Exchanges

All collection pieces and gift cards are final sale. Be sure to double-check your size! (Psst, I sell ring sizers in the shop!)
Made-to-order items: I accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided they’re in original condition. Return shipping is on you.
Exchanges can be made for non-custom, non-collection items within 14 business days. Items must be in original resale condition, and you cover return shipping.

Personally, I get it—no one likes receiving something that doesn’t quite meet their expectations. So, reach out, and let’s chat! I like to think of policies as guidelines—sometimes, they’re meant to be broken.

Order Cancelation

Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your piece is already in progress.
For collection releases, cancellations need to happen on the same day. These items tend to sell out fast, and canceling messes with the magic. Thanks for understanding!

Shipping

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via USPS with a tracking code based on your chosen shipping method.

First Class: Expected delivery within the US in 5-10 business days (may vary due to USPS delays).
Priority: Expected delivery within 2-4 business days (typically 2-3 days).

Shipping is managed entirely by our carriers. While I’d love to personally ensure quick delivery, I don’t control USPS timelines—especially during peak seasons. Once your order ships, please allow some extra time for the carriers to do their part, as they’re also dealing with high volumes.

Important Note: Choosing Priority shipping (2-3 day) only affects the shipping speed after processing is complete. It does not impact the processing time of your order.

Unfortunately, I’m unable to refund orders or shipping costs due to misunderstandings regarding expedited shipping timelines. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

Raw Beauty

Let’s talk colors! Since each gemstone is natural and unique, they have their own personality—from slight color shifts to one-of-a-kind patterns—making each piece truly special. And while I do my best to capture their beauty, let’s just say I’m a silversmith, not a pro photographer! Here in the lovely, ever-changing Pacific Northwest, the lighting likes to keep things interesting, so colors may appear a tad different in photos than in person. But rest assured, the real thing is even better!

Processing Times

Made-to-Order Items:

Each piece is carefully handcrafted by me—from ear wires to jump rings—and yes, I package every order myself! I know waiting for packages can be a drag, so I do my best to get everything out faster than expected. Typically, orders ship within 7-10 business days, though I aim for 3-5 days whenever possible. Before shipping, I make sure each piece meets my quality standards, giving everything a final inspection and one last hand polish to ensure it shines.

Collection Pieces:

I do my best to ship collection pieces within a couple of days. If you’ve ordered a "finish in your size" item, please allow up to two weeks for the piece to be completed.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

Yep, even the finest metals can tarnish over time. Brass leads the pack, tarnishing the fastest, followed by sterling silver, while 14k gold holds its shine the longest. To keep your jewelry looking its best, store it in a dry spot (avoid the bathroom!). For a quick clean, just use warm, soapy water and a soft, scratch-free cloth.
